                              RESOLUTION No. 19170
                      
                      A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO 
                      EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH SOLOFF 
                      CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION 
                      OF THE FIXED PIER AND FLOATING DOCK AT 
                      ROSS'S LANDING.

            	      BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 
            OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
            authorized to execute a Contract with Soloff Construction 
            Company in the amount of eight hundred one thousand two 
            hundred fifty dollars ($801,250) for the construction of a 
            fixed pier and floating dock at Ross's Landing.
